We use high-quality materials, but like all jewelry, longevity depends on care. To keep your pieces shining, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place when not in use.

2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, our pieces are designed to be skin-friendly and are free from lead and nickel to ensure they are comfortable for sensitive skin.

3. How do I clean my jewelry?

Simply wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each wear to remove oils and dust. Do not use liquid cleaners unless specified for the material.

4. How do I know my ring size?

We have a dedicated Ring Size Guide available on our website to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.

5. Can I get a necklace or bracelet adjusted?

Most of our necklaces and bracelets come with an adjustable extender chain. Please check the individual product description for specific measurements.

6. What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 300 for delivery all over Pakistan.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your city.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for all cities across Pakistan for your convenience.

9. What is your return policy?
